What the maps can tell us

The centre comes from our example Google Earth view: 17.82056079, 83.38054257. It is not an identified Aradea plot. The maps are our own rendering of open data, not Google Earth imagery or a live AI answer. They show area context; they do not establish available land, achievable selling prices, demand, an optimum building size or a fair land value. Those need current local evidence.

2021 tree cover is 55.72%, rounded to 56%. Grass 22.79%, crops 7.23%, built-up 13.20%, shrub 0.04%, bare ground 1.02%. It does not show today’s conditions, public access, title or permission to build.
